The electrospun carbon nanofiber membrane is prepared by pre-oxidation, carbonization and graphitization by using electrospun polyacrylonitrile fiber as the precursor. , the cross-sectional area is reduced by more than 400 times, which leads to a series of superior properties and has a wide range of application values. The application fields include high-strength composite materials, conductive composite materials, electromagnetic shielding, electrochemical electrodes, catalyst carriers, separation filtration, heating elements , fuel cell gas diffusion layer, etc.





Electrospun carbon nanofiber membrane parameters:


1. Air permeability: The gas permeability is about 20mL·mm/(cm2·h·mmAq), which is tested according to the fuel cell gas diffusion layer test method;


2. Conductivity: 3000S/m;


3. Resistivity: 0.03-0.05Ω·cm;


4. Porosity: 80% (GB/T24529-2009);


5. Surface roughness: 1.5μm (GB/T22363-2008)
