Graphene nanosheet masterbatch is a type of functional composite material intermediate that uses a polymer resin as a carrier to uniformly disperse highly conductive and thermally conductive graphene nanosheets. It belongs to high-performance nano-modified materials. Its core is to composite nanoscale two-dimensional graphene layers (with a lateral size generally ranging from several micrometers to tens of micrometers, and a thickness of about 1–10 nm) with general-purpose or engineering plastic matrices such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), and polyester (PET) through physical blending or chemical modification processes to form granules. These granules can be directly used for downstream processing methods such as injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding (with graphene content generally ranging from 1% to 20%, adjustable as needed).
