This product is an environmentally friendly water-based graphene composite electric heating coating. It is a water-based, solvent-free electric heating functional coating made with an environmentally friendly water-based resin as the matrix, highly conductive few-layer graphene (2-10 layers) as the core heating functional filler, and supplemented with functional additives such as carbon nanotubes and conductive carbon black. The graphene in the coating is uniformly dispersed to form an efficient conductive network, with a conductivity of >10³ S/m and a surface resistance of <100 Ω/□ (controllable). It is safe and environmentally friendly, with no organic solvent emissions (extremely low VOC content), and can form a uniform, dense, and stable electric heating coating on substrates such as metal, ceramic, glass, and plastic (pre-treatment required). The coating heats up quickly when electrified and is suitable for electric heating applications ranging from low to medium-high temperatures (30℃ - 150℃).
