Industrial-grade titanium silicalite molecular sieve TS-1 is a microporous crystalline material containing titanium silicate (general chemical composition: TiO₂·SiO₂, with titanium atoms selectively substituting for silicon atoms in the MFI-type zeolite framework). It belongs to titanium silicalite molecular sieves with a regular three-dimensional microporous structure. The framework titanium active sites are uniformly distributed, with a pore size of approximately 0.55 - 0.6 nm (5.5 - 6 Å), which falls within the category of medium-pore molecular sieves. The material typically appears as a white or light yellow powder/particle, with a specific surface area ≥300 m²/g (typical value 500 - 700 m²/g), pore volume ≥0.3 cm³/g, and features high surface area, uniformly dispersed framework titanium active centers, and excellent thermal/hydrothermal stability. It is a core nanomaterial in the field of green catalytic oxidation.
