Detailed

Abstract:

To address the challenge of postoperative infections of spinal implants, a degradable regulatory composite coating was developed to achieve long-term and stable release of silver ions, combining excellent antibacterial effects, good biocompatibility, and osteogenic ability, providing a new research approach for the prevention and control of implant-related infections.

01Research Background

In the intervention scenarios of specific dislocation conditions in spinal surgery, the risk of postoperative infection is relatively high; traditional antibacterial implant coatings have problems with abnormal release rates, can only function for a short period, and may be accompanied by cytotoxicity, making it difficult to meet the application requirements of bone implants.
