CurN@I precisely targets the intestinal lesions of ulcerative colitis, releasing DMC and Nec-1, and inhibiting necrosis and inflammatory responses. CurN@I restores the damaged intestinal mucosal barrier, eliminates accumulated ROS, and restores the intestinal microbiota. Moreover, the unique CT imaging characteristics of CurN@I make the monitoring of UC painless.
