已传文件:photo/1768549336.png Focusing on innovative composite systems of 2D materials such as MXenes, MAX phase materials, graphene/graphene oxide, black phosphorus, and CVD perovskite thin films with nanozymes and nano-delivery systems, we aim to develop intelligent hydrogel platforms with synergistic photothermal/photodynamic effects. Through the design of black phosphorus quantum dot–perovskite heterojunctions, precise near-infrared light modulation is achieved, overcoming the penetration bottleneck of deep tumor tissues, while simultaneously triggering photothermal ablation and reactive oxygen species bursts to activate systemic antitumor immune responses. Integrated with a highly sensitive flexible electronic sensing layer, it enables real-time monitoring of tumor markers (such as PD-L1), metabolites (glucose/lactate), and neural electrical signals.By combining AI algorithm dynamic analysis, we empower precise diagnostic and treatment decisions. We innovatively build a dual-functional network of nanozyme catalysis and drug delivery, enhancing treatment efficiency while reducing side effects. For neural interface applications, we develop graphene/MXene composite flexible electrode hydrogels, overcoming the rigidity limitations of traditional brain-machine interfaces and achieving high signal-to-noise ratio signal acquisition. Our products cover clinical scenarios such as tumor treatment, chronic disease management, and neurological rehabilitation, promoting the development of precision medicine through full-chain innovation from materials to devices to systems, and supporting the upgrade of the intelligent healthcare industry.
