CurN@I restores the damaged intestinal mucosal barrier, eliminates accumulated ROS, and restores the intestinal microbiota. Moreover, the unique CT imaging characteristics of CurN@I make the monitoring of UC painless. This study was published under the title "Dismantling the Necroptotic Engine: An Oral Theranostic Nanosponge for Ulcerative Colitis" in Advanced Materials.
