单分散荧光微球是通过在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球 基质或表面上结合荧光分子制备而成。可提供红色、橙色、绿色和蓝色等不同颜色波长的微球。荧光微球具有荧光强度高,性能稳定,粒径分布窄等 特性,可广泛应用于荧光显微测定,共聚焦荧光显微测定,凝集反应等 各种荧光检测中。
Monodisperse fluorescent microspheres are prepared by combining fluorescent molecules on a polymethyl methacrylate microsphere matrix or surface. Microspheres of different color wavelengths such as red, orange, green and blue are available. Monodisperse fluorescent microspheres have high fluorescence intensity, stable performance and narrow particle size distribution, and can be widely used in fluorescence microscopy, confocal fluorescence microscopy, agglutination and other fluorescence detection.
