Application:

TiO2 magnetic beads are a proprietary magnetic material particle carrier that can enrich phosphorylated peptides in a protein digest of complex biological samples simply, conveniently, efficiently, with high specificity and high reproducibility. Titanium dioxide nanoparticles on the surface of the magnetic beads have no obvious preference for monophosphorylated peptides and polyphosphorylated peptides, and are therefore well suited for single-step enrichment of phosphorylated peptides for mass spectrometry-based proteomics analysis.
