TiO2 magnetic beads are a proprietary magnetic material particle carrier, which can be simple, convenient, efficient, highly specific, and highly reproducible for phosphorylated peptides in protein digests of complex biological samples. The titanium dioxide nanoparticles on the surface of magnetic beads have no obvious preference for monophosphorylated peptides and polyphosphorylated peptides, so they are very suitable for single-step enrichment of phosphorylated peptides for mass spectrometry-based proteomics analysis.
