In order to replace the traditional oil-based carbon paste ink, water-based conductive heating paint/ink was developed. Carbon nanotubes are conductive functional bodies, highly conductive, and the coating resists deformation and thermal expansion and contraction, realizing low-voltage startup, flexibility, and conductive heating with low attenuation. The volume resistivity of the coating is 0.1-0.2Ω.cm. It can be used for floor heating film and flat heating products of roll-to-roll gravure printing, and also used for floor heating film and flat heating products of sheet-to-sheet screen printing.
