product description
The coating is developed to meet the needs of conductive or conductive plastic substrate surface. Combining carbon nanotube dispersion technology and water-based plastic coating technology to provide water-based static conductive/conductive coating solutions for PET, PC, ABS, HIPS, PA, PVC, silica gel and other plastic substrates. The conventionally supplied coatings are for PET substrates. It can be customized processing according to customer‘s requirements for substrate and conductivity. Used in electronic packaging materials, plastic sheets or products, petroleum storage and transportation pipeline equipment, etc., can effectively avoid electrostatic hazards.
1. The sheet resistance value is controllable and adjustable between 101~1012Ω/port;
2. Water-based paint, safe and environmentally friendly;
3. The coating construction is convenient and easy, suitable for spraying, roller coating, dip coating and gravure printing. Corresponding ink products suitable for screen printing process can be provided.
