The three-dimensional graphene powder is prepared by chemical vapor deposition method, and it is in spherical particle shape with a particle diameter of 200-400 nm. The graphene sheets grow along the radial direction of the particles and are combined and fixed with each other to form a three-dimensional structure. The interior of the graphene sheet is multi-layered, and the edges are all 1-2 layers. In each three-dimensional graphene particle, the graphene sheets are well separated from each other, the edges are fully exposed, the reactivity is high, and there is no agglomeration during use. Due to the direct growth at high temperature, the three-dimensional graphene powder has good crystallization and high conductivity. Its uses include lithium-ion battery conductive agent, supercapacitor conductive agent, carbon-coated copper/aluminum foil, anti-corrosion coatings, hard wear-resistant coatings, conductive coatings, thermally conductive coatings, electrical/thermal conductivity/electromagnetic shielding/high-strength composite fillers, etc.
