Nano-Micro Letters | Information Security of Intelligent Hydrogels: Optical Patternization and Multi-stimulus Responsive Structural Color

source:material synthesis Views:4time:2026-04-21material synthesis: 1092348845

已传文件:photo/1773121782.png The photonic structure color has high resolution and dynamic responsiveness, presenting a promising prospect in the field of information security. However, traditional patterning methods are often limited by high equipment costs and monotonous color output, restricting their wide application. To address these issues, this paper proposes a novel multicolor patterning method based on photo-induced chemical crosslinking. By introducing photo-inspired crosslinking molecules into anti-perovskite hydrogels, we developed a film that can be further regulated through photopolymerization, achieving the method of "forming the film first, then patterning". The structural color hydrogels produced by this method can display multicolor patterns, with a minimum line width of 15 micrometers, significantly enhancing their information carrying capacity. Moreover, ultraviolet rays can increase the crosslinking degree, thereby inhibiting expansion behavior, enhancing tensile strength, reducing elongation at break, and causing the color of the anti-perovskite structure to shift towards blue or disappear. This method has inherent responsiveness to stress, temperature, and solvents, supporting dynamic information display, and has excellent stability (able to cycle stably for over 100 times). This work introduces a new method for patterning stimulus-responsive structural colors and opens up new possibilities for its application in inkless printing, information encryption, and anti-counterfeiting, etc. This research was published under the title "Information Security with Smart Hydrogels: Photo-Patterning and Multi-Stimuli Responsive Structural Color" in Nano-Micro Letters.
