The graphene film is grown on the surface of the copper foil, and the number of layers grown is a single layer or a few layers (less than 10 layers). The film has high integrity, high single-layer coverage, good electrical conductivity, and a mobility of ~6000 cm2/vs.

The "bub-and-take" graphene is obtained by spin-coating graphene on a copper substrate with an organic polymer protective film (the customer has omitted this step) and undergoing ultra-clean treatment on the back. This kind of graphene is very convenient. It can be directly put into the etching solution to etch away the copper, and then transferred to deionized water to rinse off the etching solution for use. Since it has been cleaned, the graphene obtained by this method is very clean. Customers can "bub" the copper substrate in the etching solution and "take out" the graphene, which can be easily transferred to Where needed.

Suspended self-service transfer of single-layer graphene On the basis of "bub-and-take" graphene, the copper substrate is etched to obtain graphene/protective layer film, and then the graphene/protective layer film is transferred to the "suspended substrate" After receiving the product, the user only needs to release it gently in deionized water to obtain a graphene/protective layer that can be directly transferred to any substrate.

The current maximum size can reach 30cm×70cm.

This product should be sealed and stored in a dry environment at a temperature below 35°C. It is strictly prohibited to contact with volatile substances and pollution sources. Keep away from fire.

Remarks: A-level single-layer coverage is greater than 97%, B-level single-layer coverage is greater than 85%, and the thickness of few-layer graphene is less than 10 layers. Customized services can be provided

About water mist
The water mist in the packaging bag is a normal phenomenon and is produced by deionized water absorbed by the white dust-free cloth. The purpose is to maintain the humidity of the packaging environment and facilitate users to remove the graphene from the substrate. Product packaging is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, please rest assured to use!



preservation method
1.Customers should use the product as soon as possible (about two weeks) after receiving the product (this is determined by the production process, we are improving). The dry packaging environment is not conducive to the release and use of graphene.
2.If it cannot be used in time, it must be stored in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator at 5-10℃ to keep the packaging environment moist, otherwise, the customer will be responsible for any problems.
