New nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary precursor co-precipitation reactor Lithium-rich manganese-based cathode precursor reactor

This set of equipment can be used for continuous co-precipitation method to produce lithium battery ternary precursor (carbonate or hydroxide). Temperature, pH and injection speed can be automatically controlled, and the degree of automation is high.
Main components and parameters:


ZCKJ-10-02 precision injection pump and ZCKJ-10-03 automatic control co-precipitation constant temperature reactor
Kettle body:
1. The sealing structure of the upper and lower heads, the quick-connect flange connection, and the protective gas can be passed through.
2. The effective volume of the reactor barrel is 10L, the total volume is 13L, and the barrel has a bracket.
3. Stirring motor 0.55~1.5kw, two layers of fan blades, frequency converter speed regulation 0-1000 rpm.
4. External circulation heating jacket, the temperature control range is from room temperature to 100 degrees Celsius (temperature control accuracy is plus or minus 0.5 degrees Celsius).
5. The injection port, the vent port, and the air outlet are quick joints.
6. The inner tank of the reactor is made of 316 material, the outer plate is made of 304 material, and the plate thickness is 2 mm.
7. Optional overflow port (including quick-connect flange).
8. The reaction kettle cover is electrically lifted.
Sampling and pH automatic control feeding parts:


1. The injection port is connected with three stepper motor peristaltic pumps (domestic), the injection range is: 0.1mL/min - XX mL/min, and the injection hose is an acid and alkali corrosion resistant model.
2. The pH setting interface is a touch screen (PLC), the pH probe setting range is 1-14, and the accuracy is ±0.05pH. The connected stepper motor peristaltic pump injection range is adjustable from 0.1mL/min to XX mL/min.
Optional parts:


ZCKJ-20-04 temperature control aging kettle (including stainless steel inlet and outlet pressure pump *2)

5. The sample inlet, vent, and outlet are quick-connect flanges.
6. The inner tank of the reactor is made of 316L material, the outer plate is made of 304 material, and the plate thickness is 2 mm.
7. Install overflow inlet (including quick-connect flange).
8. The reaction kettle cover is electrically lifted.
