Product Details: The gold nanoparticles were sputtered on the surface of the carbon spiral fiber by ion sputtering technique, and then the titanium dioxide was precipitated thereon by atomic layer deposition technique, and then the titanium dioxide/gold/carbon spiral fiber composite was annealed to obtain a hollow spiral gold/Titanium dioxide nanocomposite. The gold particles in the prepared sample have a diameter of 4.5-20nm. The sample has the characteristics of uniform distribution of gold particles and uinform thickness of the titanium dioxide film layer.
