Organic ligands (such as terephthalic acid, trimesic acid) bridge metal ions (such as Fe, Cu, Zn, etc.) to form porous structure nanoparticles of coordination polymers. This MOF nanomaterial has a porous structure and has the enzyme-like activity of a valence metal. It can integrate drug loading and chemodynamic therapy and other diagnosis and treatment modes to build a multifunctional nano-diagnosis and treatment system. Organic ligands can also select functional structural molecules such as tetrakis (4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin (TCPP or T790, photosensitizer or sound sensitizer), so as to confer photo / acoustic kinetic therapeutic functions. Catalase complex can also enhance the therapeutic effect by supplying oxygen.
