Application direction
1. Nano WS2 is mainly used as a petroleum catalyst: it can be used as a hydrodesulfurization catalyst, and is also used as a catalyst for processes such as polymerization, reforming, hydration, dehydration and hydroxylation, and because of its good cracking performance, the catalytic activity is stable and reliable. Long service life, etc., very popular with oil refineries;
2. In the preparation technology of inorganic functional materials, nano-WS2 is a new type of high-efficiency catalyst. Due to the formation of a novel compound with sandwich structure, nano-WS2 can be made into a single-molecule two-dimensional material and can be re-stacked as needed. The lubricating performance is much better than that of the nano MoS2. . Under the same conditions, the lubricating properties of the nano-WS2 base oil added were significantly better than those of the base oil added with conventional particles, and had good dispersion stability. The results show that the lubricant added with nanoparticles combines the advantages of fluid lubrication and solid lubrication, which is expected to achieve full lubrication from room temperature to high temperature (over 800 ° C). Therefore, nano-WS2 can be used as an additive to synthesize a new lubrication system with broad application prospects;
